My name is Emily and I‘m a 34yr old who lives in a 3bed/3bath 2 storey property, on a street with no parking restrictions in Joondanna :)
I work full time M-F daytime hours, and also study remotely for my university degree on the side. In my free time (when I have some 😅) I like to ice skate, scuba dive, go to the beach, hike, and spend time with my friends, family, and pet python (her name is Merlin) ☺️ I‘m an animal lover, so pets are possible - just need to check with the real estate :)
I wfh sometimes, but I’m mainly at the office. As we have a spare room, there are multiple options for where to put wfh setups if this is necessary. Also sometimes people might come and stay (e.g. after a night out or friends from interstate, etc.), but there is a 3rd bathroom so this shouldn’t impact your living space. You are also welcome to have guests over as long as they are respectful and polite. I am a night owl myself so I don’t mind the odd late night/party/drinks etc.
I am an easygoing and friendly person, and really don’t ask much of anyone living with me other than to keep the ground floor clean, pay rent/bills on time, and have open, constructive communication.
